At the end of each session, a detailed evaluation process takes place to determine what refinements are needed. These may include revision of content, format, focus or any of the many individual elements making up the session. During and after delivery, we work with our clients to measure and evaluate the results of the solutions, and to obtain feedback for program improvements.

There is a virtuous circle between Executive Education and research. Research is the raw material from which we develop custom programs; while delivering the program, new knowledge is created. The design and deliver of HEC Paris executive programs is an opportunity to do research, and create new knowledge together with our corporate partners.
