Experienced functional managers from non-financial backgrounds, e.g. marketing, operations, corporate planning and strategy, HR, etc.

Participants typically have about 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of management experience.

Designed primarily from the perspective of general managers seeking to understand the link between strategy and finance in their quest to create value, the program will provide you with the concepts and tools to:

• Assess the financial health of your firm, as reflected in financial statements;
• Measure the financing needs associated with the value creation process;
• Assess investors’ expectations and decision-making;
• Understand the determinants of capital structure;

• Identify and leverage value drivers as part of a Value-Based Management approach.
