As a specialized training organization directly affiliated to the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of the People’s Republic of China, the Training Centre of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC ) is responsible for delivering and managing education and training to civil servants of NDRC, cadres of units under NDRC and those working in the nationwide NDRC system.

School of Management (SOM) of the Zhejiang University

Under the auspices of the Training Center of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), HEC Paris and the School of Management (SOM) of the Zhejiang University jointly conduct the Executive MBA in Shanghai, thus allowing qualified participants to receive a degree from each institution.

The SOM is a major academic base where a various range of high-level managers are trained.

The HEC EMBA is offered under the auspices of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council  (SASAC). The SASAC invests on behalf of the state. It supervises and manages assets of state-owned enterprises and guides the reform and restructuring of SOEs.
