Public-Private Dialogue, a factor of development

Our ambition is to offer a unique learning experience to the African managers and executives participating in our programs.

We help them sharpen their managerial ability and develop their professional skills to be innovative and take a step back in order to re-evaluate their managerial practices. “The more you know, the more you dare”!

HEC Executive Club Network

HEC Paris has set up Executive Clubs for business leaders in order to create networks, encourage exchanges, and promote the sharing of beneficial practices between companies.
Eight meetings are planned per year with professors from HEC Paris who give conferences on managerial trends and the global challenges of today. A meeting with all Executive Clubs members is also organized in France with various visits of industrial sites.

Four HEC Paris Executive clubs:

Burkina Faso,
Ivory Coast,
Senegal,
and Togo.

Custom Programs

1. Custom Programs for Employer’s Organizations
Under the partnership with MEDEF International, training programs are offered to elected officials and permanent executives either locally or in Paris in order to strengthen civil society through unions of employers.
Training topics proposed include:

Governance
Leadership
General and Strategic Management
Finance and Management Control
Sales and Marketing
Purchasing and Logistics
Human Resources
Communication
Lobbying and Negotiation.

2. Custom Programs for African Companies

Given that each company is unique with its own stakes, context and culture, these tailor made programs are based on the concept of “Value Co-Creation” .
In order to undergo a custom project, our teams must support a partner company in the successful implementation of its strategy by developing its managers and executives skills.
