The HEC EMBA program
The Core Courses allow you to develop strong fundamentals in business. These include courses on core business functions such as strategy analysis and implementation, leadership and human resources management.
Understanding the constantly-evolving nature of the world economy is crucial for senior business executives to make good decisions for their firms. In the Business Environment course, participants gain deeper understanding about the larger trends which will affect their businesses as they compete in the global marketplace.
Topics include globalization, the dynamics of regional economic development, the lessons from the global crises, the role of inter-governmental organizations and the rise of supranational institution-building. Specific topics relating to the local context are delivered according to the various locations of the Executive MBA (Executive Master in Business Administration) .
The Business Games done in the Executive MBA are comprehensive live simulations that enable participants to learn, understand and handle the intricacies of general and international management while covering the different aspects of international business. They provide a unique learning opportunity for team-building, or for revisiting other courses of the program.
Conducted in a team during the first part of the program, the Company Project (CAP) is a strategic analysis of a company, along with resulting recommendations.
The Final Individual Project is conducted during the second part of the program and consists of recommendations for a key development aspect of the participant's company or professional project.
