HEC faculty presents the program sessions and services customized to the client’s industry and specific needs as determined in the “Develop” process. The focus here is on learning instead of consulting or training. We help companies develop future leaders by showing them how to become learning organizations, who share and create new knowledge.

HEC, as the top European Business School espousing an equal emphasis on Business and School, drives the creation of learning programs so that participants develop the skill sets necessary to find solutions on their own. It allows interactive learning and encourages discussion, rather than providing formulaic answers.
