Advanced Certificate in Global Business Perspectives

Doing business in China and Brazil

Challenges faced by companies as a consequence of globalization and its impact on populations are further enhanced, together with their consequences in terms of the social responsibility expected from any enterprise.


Many new uncertainties also arise which induce new business paradigms, most of them still to be invented. Recent studies conducted by various research institutes and advisory firms consistently show that more than 2/3 of existing companies in the western world will have to reinvent the way they do business .

Two one-week sessions:  Beijing and Shanghai, China (May) and Sao Paolo, Brazil (October)
Two academic partners:  Tingshua University - SEM (China) and Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil)

Credits gained upon successful completion of this 2-module Advanced Certificate may be used towards the HEC Paris Executive MBA. The EMBA  Major in Global Business Perspectives can be taken as a specialization within the HEC Executive MBA. The EMBA requires only 60 days out of the office over a 17-month period.
