HEC Paris joined the Qatar Foundation in June 2010 and is the first European Partner in Education City. HEC is also the first member of the Qatar Foundation Management and Education Research Center (QF-MERC).
Qatar Foundation's mission is to prepare the people of Qatar and the region to meet the challenges of an ever-changing world, and to make Qatar a leader in innovative education and research.
Held in the context of HEC Paris’ membership to Qatar Foundation, HEC Executive Education programs (Executive MBA and open-enrolment programs) will be delivered in facilities situated in the heart of Doha’s West Bay zone, one of the most prominent business districts in Doha and one of the most rapidly-expanding areas in the world.
West Bay is not only home to some of the newest and most innovative skyscrapers in the Gulf, but also Doha’s Diplomatic Area and key government ministries. It offers executives unparalleled access to the various international businesses companies in the area.

Founded in 1995 by decree of His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, Qatar Foundation is a non-profit organization focusing on education, scientific research and community development.
