About us
Our learning methods
A hands-on approach tyo real-world training
Operating as a Board of Directors
Group work such as case study analysis and business games play a primary role in the learning process. In the Executive MBA, for example, “Board of Director” teams made up of six to eight participants are formed on the first day of class. Participants of various job functions and industry sectors are mixed together, offering a variety of expertise and experience.
Individual work to ensure your project is a success
In our degree programs and Open enrolment programs, individual work is permanently on the menu. You choose the subject together with your company, so that both you and your company benefit from the program. You have to complete your dissertation (Executive MBA) or your thesis (Executive Masters) using all the new skills you have learned.
You do this work under the supervision of a professor. Successful completion of the work represents a good return on investment for you and your business.
Varied methods
Using corporate games, situational role plays, case studies, and simulations, our diverse learning methods guide the learner towards dynamic knowledge acquisition and decision-making capabilities. Presentations and conferences are also offered giving participants concrete examples of best managerial practice.
Distance learning
In the programs there is an area set aside for online work, so that you can:
- have access to the documents used in the program,
- prepare and optimize your presentations,
- use selected pedagogical resources and gain access to further reference material,
- be supervised by the professors,
- train online, using the CrossKnowledge self-training modules jointly developed with HEC professors,
- make your day-to-day individual and group work easier.
